Covenant University is dedicated to sustainable preservation of life below water, focusing on the conservation and sustainable use of oceans, seas, and marine resources. 15.2.1 Sustainable Farming
Covenant University engages and trains farmers in local communities on sustainable fish farming practices. These efforts aim to enhance production while minimizing environmental impact.
15.2.2 On-Campus Facilities
The university’s Entrepreneurial Development Studies Department maintains a network of watersheds and ponds for research and training purposes. Students and researchers develop expertise in producing locally grown and processed fish feed, promoting sustainable production and consumption practices.
