The Chancellor of Covenant University, Dr. David Oyedepo, has declared the establishment of the great Citadel of Learning an ‘Act of God.’ He made this assertion at the Special Convocation Service, which marked the beginning of the events leading up to the University’s Convocation Ceremony, tagged, ‘The 19th Release of Eagles.’
